CCI for Győr-Moson-Sopron County

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Győr-Moson-Sopron County started operations on 1 January 1995.

The mission of the Chamber is: improving the business success of member companies, enhancing economic life in the county, promoting international relationships, fostering development and organisation of the economy, the safety of business transactions and fair market practices as well as bringing to fruition the general and joint interests of those carrying out business activities. Our Chamber aims to provide services for the whole business community, regardless of sector or geographical location. Though representation of interests and the facilitation of business development are services provided for all businesses, a special focus is placed on promoting the development of SMEs.

Our advisory service, in combination with special professional events and sector-specific clubs, is instrumental in continuously developing the knowledge of members. We regularly organise professional workshops, training courses, presentations, forums, business meetings and business networking events.

Issued in 5000 copies every month, the Chamber Newspaper provides member enterprises with economic news.

Our Chamber has already completed several successful EU funded projects (as part of CIP, Central Europe Programme, LLP, Cross-border Co-operation Austria-Hungary 2007-2013 and others) for the purpose of developing SMEs and its work in this area continues today.
